About Me
I’m a product manager, consultant, lifelong learner, and someone who is deeply fascinated by how people, technology, and organizations come together to create value.
My career has taken me through software development, mining engineering, product management, and business strategy. I hold a degree in Computer Science and Mathematics, a diploma in Mining Engineering, and I am currently pursuing my MBA. While the industries and roles have changed over the years, one thing has remained constant: I am passionate about solving meaningful problems and helping teams build products that genuinely improve people’s lives and work.
Over the past 15 years, I have worked on software products in mining, energy, analytics, compliance, and pipeline integrity. Early in my career, I was drawn to the technical side of product development. Over time, I realized that the most successful products are rarely the result of great technology alone. They emerge when teams develop a deep understanding of their customers, work collaboratively across disciplines, and create a culture focused on learning and continuous improvement.
Much of my thinking has been influenced by the principles of product-led organizations and the work of Marty Cagan. I believe product teams do their best work when they are empowered to solve customer problems rather than simply deliver features. I believe in customer discovery, experimentation, evidence-based decision making, and creating environments where product managers, designers, engineers, and business leaders work together to achieve outcomes. Throughout my career, I have been passionate about helping organizations move away from feature factories and toward cultures built on curiosity, ownership, and customer value.
What I enjoy most about product management is talking to customers. I genuinely love understanding how people work, what challenges they face, and what motivates them. Some of the most valuable insights I have uncovered have come from simple conversations with users. Those conversations often reveal needs, frustrations, and opportunities that never appear in requirements documents or spreadsheets. My approach is rooted in empathy, emotional intelligence, and relationship building. I believe trust is one of the most important assets a product leader can develop.
Outside of consulting and product leadership, I enjoy teaching and helping others grow. I am passionate about sharing practical knowledge and creating opportunities for people to develop their skills, confidence, and leadership abilities. Whether through workshops, speaking engagements, mentoring, or future teaching opportunities, I hope to help others become more effective problem solvers and more thoughtful leaders.
When I’m not working, you’ll often find me immersed in two very different worlds: classical music and Muay Thai. I play piano and violin, and classical music has been a lifelong source of inspiration, creativity, and reflection. Muay Thai has taught me resilience, humility, discipline, and the importance of continuous practice. Although they appear unrelated, both pursuits reinforce a lesson that has shaped my professional life as well: meaningful growth comes from curiosity, deliberate practice, and a willingness to keep learning.
Today, my work centers on helping organizations build better products, develop stronger product cultures, and create environments where people can do their best work. Whether I am consulting, facilitating workshops, speaking, or teaching, my goal is simple: to help teams better understand their customers, make better decisions, and create products that matter.
